New System & Retro Fit Batteries

Years ago, batteries became the next big thing in the industry.  At first SolarFlair, like everyone else, jumped at the opportunity to offer these to our customers.  However, we quickly realized the service was being rushed.  There was not enough info available on products at the time, so we decided to halt offering the service and wait for more information on the products and electrical code to come out.

We were right to wait.  Since then, battery products have become much better with less manufacturing issues.  Additionally, the electrical code has started to catch up, so we can be confident the systems are being installed safely and in the right locations.

We are currently solidifying our decisions regarding what products will be offered and what the standard operating procedures for these installations will look like.  Please check back in the Spring if you are interested in adding a battery to your system or purchasing one along with a new solar system.
