SolarFlair's management team is committed to solar energy and has the experience to back it up. We have decades of experience in solar photovoltaics and electrical systems, working in both commercial and residential, as well as a broad range of relevant degrees and certifications.
Jeff Constantine – President
Jeff's career at SolarFlair began in 2009 as a Lead Electrician installing PV systems. He quickly moved into a management position, first serving as the Director of Operations and then for the past six years as the Vice President of Operations. During his time in the role of V.P. Jeff oversaw the installation of over 25MW of Residential and Commerical Solar in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. At the end of 2018 Jeff transitioned into a new role as the Owner and President of SolarFlair Energy.
Before his time at SolarFlair Jeff owned his own electrical contracting company and has over 35 years of construction & business experience. Jeff holds SolarFlair's Master Electrical License, Construction Supervisor's License, and Home Improvement Contractor's License (CSL) in Massachusetts in addition to a Contractor's License in Rhode Island.
When he's not guiding SolarFlair's future Jeff enjoys running, cooking, trying new restaurants, and is an avid fan of baseball.
Matt Arner - Founder and Advisor
Matt founded SolarFlair Energy in 2007 from his home in Hopkinton, MA. The company has developed and built several thousand solar projects for homes, businesses, and investors across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Matt has worked in the solar industry since 1999 and was one of the first residents of Massachusetts to power his entire home with solar power. He is a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional and is an active member of the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE). His passion and leadership in the renewable energy industry helped inspire SolarFlair's rapid growth.
Before starting SolarFlair, Matt worked as an independent utility and solar energy consultant, developing several solar photovoltaic projects in the Boston area and overseas in developing countries.
Pamela Faustine - Controller
Pamela brings a long history of financial experience to SolarFlair and is an integral part of making sure SolarFlair runs smoothly by managing all accounting and human resource functions. Pamela is a Certified Internal Auditor with a B.S. in Accounting from Babson College and a M.B.A. from Bryant College. Pamela has held positions of increasing responsibility for companies in the defense contracting, manufacturing and service industries. She also ran her own consulting business for several years.
Garrett Colvin - Director of Residential Sales
Garrett brings with him 10 years of experience in residential solar throughout much of New England. Garrett has spent his entire professional career in the residential PV industry; first as a design engineer then working his way into sales and sales management. Garrett has helped guide 17 different cities and towns through their own Solarize Campaigns dating back to 2012. These towns include Lenox, Pittsfield, Palmer, Lincoln, Wayland, Sudbury, Lexington, Bedford, Concord, Needham, Plainfield, Ashland, Buckland, Springfield, Longmeadow, Gloucester and Belmont. Garrett oversaw the sales team that led Belmont to the most successful Solarize Campaign to date with 292 new installs. A Berkshire County native, Garrett graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.S.in Construction Technology and a M.S. in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
