The entire world is adjusting to life during a pandemic and the Solar Industry is no
different. At SolarFlair the health and safety of our customers and employees is our
primary concern. In order to provide the best customer service experience possible we
have developed a comprehensive COVID-19 Safety Plan.
The central mission of our COVID-19 Safety Plan is to provide a safe and convenient
experience for our customers from start to finish. We plan to conduct site visits online
whenever possible and limit in-person contact to the greatest extent that we can.
On-site installers will wear PPE & practice social distancing amongst themselves and
with homeowners. Further non-essential employees have been working remotely while
a small group reports to our Ashland office.
Our safety plan covers installers, office personnel, and customers alike. Our team is
taking precautions before, during, and after appointments and installations to ensure a
safe working environment for employees and customers alike. Our goal is and will
